• How do I go about having a website designed?
The process of getting a website designed is made very simple at wake-design. The first step towards having your website designed is to share your requirements with us. Feel free to contact us, and share your information with us, so we can help you set up the best options to fit your own personalized needs. We will ask you questions regarding your required page layout, look & feel and other areas of the design process.After we have the required info, we can commence the design process.
• Do you have web design packages?
We are currently running a special, where you can have a 5 page website designed for R2500, and have it hosted for R70 per month. But since website design is is a taylor made solution, we generally quote clients according to their own needs.
• What is the web design process?
First of all, we design a mock-up of how the website will look, which we send to you to proof. This is done until the client is satisfied with the design, and then we move on to step 2, which is the actual cut up and design of the website itself. We place the designed website on a testing site, where you will be able to browse and test the website. Once you are happy with the way it looks and works, sign-off is achieved, and the website is taken live. Once sign-off has been achieved, we provide you with your FTP details, and all necessary passwords and access control.
• What about support?
As part of our hosting services, we offer support for all issues and/or questions related to your website and online services. We utilize a support ticketing system, which is to be used from 07:30 to 16:30 on working days. After hours emergencies can be dealt with via phone call.

• How long will it take to design my website?
The design time-line is dependant on how quickly correspondence is undertaken between ourselves and the client. The time-line is also dependant on factors such as info provision from the client, proofing time etc.
